People all over the world enjoy different genre of music. One genre of music that people like to groove on rock ‘n roll. Rock music emerged in the 1950s within the Southern Usa and quickly gained popularity in the rest of the world. It was a compilation of gospel music, blues and country music. The term rock ‘n roll (also rock n roll or rock & roll) was coined with a disc jockey from Ohio called Alan Freed. The music he broadcasted was usually described as rock n roll.
